Pincha Mayurasana - Week 2 - Going Upside Down Pose Variations

Here's our work at Nova Yoga getting into Pincha at the Wall. if you're doing this at home, please make sure you are comfortable with inversions or wait and try this with a teacher there to help you. Working on the skill builders will definitely build your strength and confidence, and that's a great place to be. Have fun going upside down!!

And here is a short video on how to kick up into Pincha at the wall. How to use a block and how to use a strap around the upper arms are both shown, but you can take any of the 4 arm placement options we've been working on. Enjoy!!
