Pincha Mayurasana - Week 2 - Going Upside Down Skill Builders

Week #2 with the Asana Deconstructed yogis at Nova Yoga, working on Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand). Here are the skill builders for this week, just an extension of last week's work...just upping the intensity. Keep lifting those shoulders, pushing forearms down, and stay strong in the legs.
